Q. HOW ARE THE CONCRETTI DESIGNS PRODUCTS MADE?
A. All of the Concretti Designs products are made by hand individually using our own specially made formula which is infused with natural pigments and not painted or stained. Concretti Designs products are proudly American made in Las Vegas, Nevada and have been for over a decade now.
Q. ARE YOUR PRODUCTS COATED WITH A SEALER?
A. Concretti Designs products are all sealed with multiple layers of high performance waterproof sealer which penetrates the concrete and forms a protective layer over the product for maximum durability and minimum maintenance. We have both matte and semi-glossy sealer available.
Q. WHAT SHOULD I EXPECT OF THE FINISH?
A. One of our main priorities at Concretti Designs is to preserve the natural beauty and special characteristics of concrete. This consists of slight color variation or the occurrence of air bubbles throughout the product which is totally natural and doesn't affect the sink in any way. All of our sinks are made by hand and no 2 sinks will ever look exactly the same. Some imperfections may occur throughout the sink but thats just a natural part of concrete and what makes the sinks so unique. Or how we like to say perfectly imperfect :)
Q. HOW TO CARE AND MAINTAIN YOUR CONCRETTI DESIGNS PRODUCT?
A. All of our products should be cleaned using a mild non-abrasive cleanser. Avoid any type of acidic foods, beverages, or cleaners (lemon juice, mustard, vinegar, wine, soda, citric acid, tomatoes, etc.), perfumes, colognes, and other harsh chemicals/solvents (ammonia, acetone, hydrogen peroxide,etc.) These should be cleaned from your concrete promptly. These substances may expel the sealer, leaving a light hazing, and possibly expose or stain your concrete. Also avoid any type of abrasive soap, cleansers, or scrubbing pads that can wear down the sealer. We recommend using mild, non-abrasive, non-ammonia, non-citric acid, non-vinegar, non-bleach soaps and cleaners.
Please use standard care and precautions with your concrete products. Concrete is extremely durable; however, it is not invincible. Excessive force can damage your piece.
Do not drag any sharp/hard objects over the surface of the sink, it won’t damage the concrete, but it might damage the sealer, which protects the concrete.
Based on the use, your concrete piece may need to be re-sealed every few years. This is a process that would be done with a DIY kit that we have available for purchase on our website.
Q. DO CONCRETTI DESIGNS PRODUCTS NEED TO BE RESEALED?
A. All Concretti Designs products are sealed with a high performance waterproof sealer the doesn't require much maintenance, however depending on the frequency of use of the product your concrete piece may need to be re-sealed every few years. This is a process that would be done with DIY kit that we have available for purchase on our website.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
Q. WHAT ARE THE LEAD TIMES?
A. Lead times vary by product and can change depending on the demand for each style. The average lead time for the majority of our products is approximately 3 weeks until the item is shipped out.
Q. DO YOU HAVE STOCK AVAILABLE FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY?
A. We do have stock for the majority of our products in the standard colors. Keep in mind that some of the designs are made to order if they are unique in design or color. We have the ability to process certain products faster if a shorter lead time is needed, we recommend contacting us before hand.
Q. DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?
A. Concretti Designs only offers exchanges on purchases made from our online shop. All exchanges must be made within 14 days of date of purchase. Note there is a 30% restocking fee for each product and the customer is responsible for the shipping cost and insurance for the returned basin, as well as the shipping cost for the new basin. The returned basin must not have been installed and must be received back in new condition in order to process the exchange. Once we receive the returned basin, the new basin will be dispatched.
Regarding the remainder of the Concretti Designs products that are made to order. Once the order has been placed we will start to manufacture and are unable to make changes to your order, accept cancellations, or provide credits. Please ensure your order is correct at the time of purchase.
Q. WHAT IS THE WARRANTY ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
A. Concretti Designs warrants all products for a period of one year for replacement from the original date of purchase. Please click here to view our warranty policy

Q. DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
A . Concretti Designs does ship internationally. Please contact us if you are an interested customer outside of the U.S. Please be sure to include the destination address and the product you are interested in so we can calculate the shipping cost.
All pricing is in USD and does not include any government fees that may apply at the destination country. Concretti Designs is not responsible for any duty or tax that may be applicable at the destination country.
Q. WHERE CAN I FIND SHIPPING COSTS?
A. The majority of our products have free shipping if you are a domestic customer. The heavier products are shipped on a pallet via freight carrier. To receive an accurate shipping quote in advance please contact us.
Q. HOW ARE PRODUCTS PACKAGED?
A. Concretti Designs has spent many years perfecting the packaging to ensure the products arrive safely at any destination, nationwide or worldwide. We use Specially made polyethylene foam and double corrugated boxes to package our products. Some of the larger products are packaged the same way and also placed on a pallet and shipped via freight carriers to ensure the products arrival in one piece.
Q. WILL THE SHIPPING COMPANY BRING THE SHIPMENT UP INTO MY HOUSE?
A. At Concretti Designs we use a 3rd party shipping service and therefore can only deliver to the front door if shipped via ground or to the driveway if shipped via freight carrier. For freight shipping the delivery service will contact you to schedule a drop off date and time.
Q. CAN I ARRANGE MY OWN SHIPPING OR CAN I PICKUP?
A. Yes, you can arrange your own transport, but please note that if the shipping is not booked through us, the shipment will not be insured. It is up to you to arrange insurance if you are booking the shipment. We strongly recommend booking shipping through us as we use certain delivery services that we know will handle our goods with care. As for pickup, we also have the option available. We have a showroom open to the public, due to COVID-19 we will be taking appointments only. Please contact us to schedule an appointment to come have a look at our showroom or to purchase directly from us.
Q. WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER?
A. Yes, once your product is packaged and ready to be shipped you will receive an email with the tracking information. If you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact us at anytime.
Please note, it may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update, so please be patient in receiving.
If you have general questions regarding your shipment (i.e delivery eta, change of address, rescheduling etc), it is best to contact us directly so we can check on the status of your order and change information with the shipping company if needed.
Q. WHY HASN’T MY ORDER ARRIVED YET?
A. If you haven’t received an email from us stating the your order has been fulfilled, this means your product is still likely to be in production or is still curing thoroughly and will be shipped out soon. As our lead times provided at time of order are an estimate, they can vary due to our products being made from a natural resource. Please contact us with your order number and any additional questions you may have and we will be in touch with an update.
Q. OH NO! MY ORDER HAS ARRIVED AND IT SEEMS TO BE DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
A. While we take every precaution to ensure our products arrive safely, on the rare occasion, damages can occur in transport. Note that goods should not be signed for if exterior damage is visible i.e corners of box look as though they have been severely damaged in transport etc. It is crucial to please reject delivery as we will be notified from the driver that the goods have been refused, allowing us to file a claim with ease.
All goods MUST be inspected for damages within 24 hours of receiving. Please get in touch with our team as soon as damages have been noticed and we will be in touch with our shipping service to try and resolve this issue. If a damage claim has been issued after the 24-hour notice period, no claim for damaged goods will be accepted.
