How long until my sink ships?

Our general lead time ranges from 6-12 weeks depending on the item. Lead times for each individual item can be found on the product pages under the Lead Time tab.

Can I expedite my orders shipping?

Depending on the items you've ordered you may be able to expedite your shipping. Some of our sinks ship on a pallet via freight carrier, and cannot be expedited. For specific details, please contact us.

Can I pick my sink up from your facility?

Yes, you may pick up your order from our facility. We only ask that you reach out ahead of time to ensure your ensure your items are ready.

My sink arrived damaged, what do I do?

Please contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue, and our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days.

Can I exchange my sink for a different size?

Yes, you may exchange your sink for a different size at your cost if the one you purchased is not suitable for your space. We highly recommend measuring your space and referencing our spec sheets to make sure the sinks will fit it your space prior to purchasing.

Can I return my sink if I don’t like it?

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may return it at your cost. Please note that we have a 30% restocking fee on returns. We highly recommend reading the Concrete Characteristics page to make sure you are comfortable with the products you are purchasing

How are shipping costs calculated?

Shipping costs are calculated based on the product type, weight, size, and the delivery location. Because shipping rates vary by region, the final shipping cost may differ depending on where the order is being delivered.

How are large items delivered?

All freight shipments are delivered curbside. The carrier will deliver the product to the curb or driveway, but is not responsible for bringing items inside the home, up stairs, or into the installation area.

Do I need help moving my product after delivery?

Yes. Due to the size and weight of our concrete products, customers are responsible for moving items from the delivery location to the final installation site. We strongly recommend hiring professional movers to safely handle and position the product.

What happens if shipping to my location costs more than expected?

If the shipping cost for your location is significantly higher than anticipated, our team may contact you to discuss alternative options. This may include providing an alternate shipping address or making an additional payment to cover the increased shipping cost. We will always work with you to find the most cost-effective shipping solution.

What happens if my order is returned due to an incorrect shipping address?

If an order is returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. Any item that is returned without all components will be subject to either no or partial refund

Do you offer exchanges?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us to confirm return eligibility.

How long does an exchange take to arrive?

Exchange delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping distance. Once the replacement item ships, delivery time will depend on the carrier and destination.

What condition must items be in to qualify for a return?

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as it was received, and must not have been installed. Once an item has been installed, it is considered accepted and is no longer eligible for return.

Can I return an item after 30 days?

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may only be eligible for partial refunds, depending on the condition of the product and the circumstances of the return.

Who pays for return shipping?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Is there a restocking fee for returns?

Yes. All concrete product returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. This fee applies whether the item has already shipped or if the order is canceled before shipment after it has been placed.

What happens after I return an item?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm that we have received it. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within several business days.

Do you offer a Trade discount?

Yes! To enroll simply fill out this form and we will send you an email with all the necessary information!

Who qualifies to join your Trade program?

Our Trade Program is designed for design professionals working on client services and projects. To qualify, applicants must verify their business by providing appropriate credentials during the application process. These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Active membership in a recognized design organization (e.g., ASID, AIA)
  • Professional design certifications (e.g., NCIDQ, CCIDC)
  • A valid business license, EIN, or resale certificate
  • A working trade website
What is my Trade discount?

Once approved, you will receive 15% off all items, including samples. Your discount code may be used an unlimited number of times. Please note that discounts cannot be combined; only one discount may be applied per order

Does the discount apply to sample orders?

Yes, absolutely. Our concrete samples are available for purchase, and your trade discount code can be applied for 15% off sample orders.

Does your Trade Program offer tax exemption?

Yes, we can offer tax-exempt status to approved Trade members. To enable this, we require a valid tax exemption certificate to be submitted so we can update your Trade profile accordingly.

Please note that tax exemption must be set up prior to placing an order. Once an order is submitted without tax-exempt status applied, we are unable to credit or refund the tax, as it is processed automatically.

Can orders be shipped directly to my client?

Yes, we are happy to ship orders to your preferred address, including directly to your client. Please note that shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

What if I also have a showroom?

We would be happy to have you apply to our Showroom and Wholesale Program. If you are initially approved for a trade account, we can revisit your wholesale application after six months of established purchase history.

Can I request a rush order?

In certain cases, we are able to accommodate rush production for select items for an additional fee. Please contact us for more details regarding rush order availability.

Are Concretti sinks and bathtubs sealed?

Yes. Every Concretti sink and bathtub is finished with a high-performance waterproof sealer designed specifically for concrete bathroom fixtures. This sealer helps protect the surface from water penetration, staining, and everyday wear.

Does the sealer require special care?

While the sealer protects the surface, gentle cleaning helps extend its lifespan. Using mild soap, soft cloths, and avoiding harsh chemicals will help maintain the protective barrier and the appearance of the concrete.

How do I clean my Concretti sink or bathtub?

For everyday cleaning, use mild soap and warm water with a soft cloth or sponge. Rinse the surface thoroughly and dry with a clean towel to help prevent soap residue and hard water buildup.

What cleaning products should I avoid on concrete?

Avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners, including bleach, ammonia, vinegar, acidic cleaners, and scouring powders. These products can gradually wear down the protective sealer and make the surface more vulnerable to staining or discoloration.

Will my concrete product change over time?

Concrete is a natural porous material that develops character with use. Subtle variations and patina may occur over time, which are part of the material’s natural aging process and contribute to its unique appearance.

How often should I clean my bathroom fixtures?

Mindful weekly cleaning is recommended. Wiping the surface with mild soap and water helps prevent buildup from soap residue, hard water, and daily use.

Are all of your concrete items made to order?

Most of our concrete items are made to order. However, we occasionally have select items available in our warehouse inventory. Please contact us for the most up-to-date information on in-stock options.

Do you make custom items?

We may be able to accommodate custom requests depending on the product and scope of the modification. If you have a specific request, please feel free to contact us for more information.

Can you make your sinks with an overflow?

Yes! Please see our Overflow Collection.

Can I use any plumbing fixtures with your products, or do I have to use yours?

Our products are designed to work with standard plumbing fixture measurements, giving you flexibility in selecting fixtures. Our sinks feature standard drain hole sizing, so you may use drains from other manufacturers if desired. Our bathtubs are also compatible with standard drains from other companies.

For Bucket sinks, we can accommodate custom faucet hole measurements—just provide a spec sheet for your faucet when placing your order.

Please note that if your product includes an overflow, our overflow drains must be used exclusively to ensure proper fit, function, and performance.

Do all of your sinks have a console?

Not all of our sinks can be console mounted but we do have a few options to choose from. Check out our Console Collection to find the best fit for your space.

Are your samples made from the same concrete your sinks are made from?

Yes! Our samples are intended to give you an indication of the color range of our products, please note that slight variations may occur throughout the colors of our products due to concretes’ natural characteristics, however we do our best to stay consistent. No two sinks will ever be the same due to this being a handmade product, making it a truly one of a kind piece.

Can your products work for commercial projects too?

Can your products be used outside?

Yes! Our products are made of durable concrete that can withstand outdoor conditions.
