Shipping & Return Policy

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the day your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

We have a 30% re-stocking fee. This applies if you have placed an order and the sink still has not been shipped, or it has been shipped and you have changed your mind

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us and send your item to: 4260 W Teco Ave, Las Vegas, NV, 89118, United States.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the type of product, the weight and size of the product, as well as the shipping location. Due to varying shipping rates across different regions, the shipping cost for your order may fluctuate. If the shipping cost for your location is significantly higher than anticipated, we may contact you to discuss alternative options. This could include providing an alternate shipping address or making an additional payment to cover the increased shipping cost. We will assist you in finding the most cost-effective shipping solution.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Customs

For purchases made from outside the USA, please note that you will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required to bring the order into your country. The cost of these fees is not included in the product purchase price or shipping costs. As the customer, It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with your country's custom regulations. Customs fees must be paid by the customer at the time of importation. The shipping carrier may collect these fees on behalf of the customs authorities before delivering the package. If the customer refuses to pay the required customs fees, the package may be held by customs, returned to the sender, or disposed of, depending on the customs authority’s policies. Concretti Designs is not responsible for any loss or delay due to unpaid customs fees. Customs fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned to Concretti Designs due to non-payment of customs fees, the customer may not be eligible for a refund or may be responsible for return shipping costs.
