Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated based on the type of product, the weight and size of the product, as well as the shipping location. Due to varying shipping rates across different regions, the shipping cost for your order may fluctuate. If the shipping cost for your location is significantly higher than anticipated, we may contact you to discuss alternative options. This could include providing an alternate shipping address or making an additional payment to cover the increased shipping cost. We will assist you in finding the most cost-effective shipping solution. Please note that all freight shipments are delivered curbside.

Please note: All freight shipments are delivered curbside only. The carrier is not responsible for bringing items inside, upstairs, and/or into the installation area. Customers are responsible for moving products from the delivery location to the final site. Due to the size and weight of our products, we highly recommend hiring professional movers to assist with safely maneuvering items on-site. Please plan accordingly prior to delivery.

Refusing delivery does not constitute a cancellation or approved return. Customers who refuse delivery may be responsible for all original shipping charges, return shipping charges, storage fees, and applicable restocking fees.

Product Inspection & Damage Claims

Customers are responsible for inspecting all products upon delivery and unpacking them within 30 days of receipt. Any visible or concealed damage, defects, shortages, or shipping-related issues must be reported to Concretti Designs in writing within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by photographs of the product, packaging, pallet or crate, and delivery receipt when applicable.

Damage claims submitted more than 30 days after delivery may not be eligible for replacement, repair, or reimbursement. This inspection period applies to shipping and transit-related damage only and does not affect coverage under the Concretti Designs Limited Warranty for qualifying manufacturing defects.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Returns

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the day your order has been delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

A 30% restocking fee applies to canceled orders, returned products, or refused shipments involving concrete products. Customers are also responsible for any applicable shipping, return shipping, storage, or carrier fees incurred.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: samples are ineligible for returns.

To complete your return, we require a receipt/invoice or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that arrive damaged, contain manufacturing defects covered under warranty, or were shipped incorrectly. Customs

For purchases made from outside the USA, please note that you will be responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees required to bring the order into your country. The cost of these fees is not included in the product purchase price or shipping costs. As the customer, It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with your country's custom regulations. Customs fees must be paid by the customer at the time of importation. The shipping carrier may collect these fees on behalf of the customs authorities before delivering the package. If the customer refuses to pay the required customs fees, the package may be held by customs, returned to the sender, or disposed of, depending on the customs authority’s policies. Concretti Designs is not responsible for any loss or delay due to unpaid customs fees. Customs fees are non-refundable. If a package is returned to Concretti Designs due to non-payment of customs fees, the customer may not be eligible for a refund or may be responsible for return shipping costs.
